Anime of Summer 2018!!!

There are a lot of new releases this 2018 but I'd like to share some that are getting a lot of my attention. Some are new while the others are at their third season. 1. Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3( 進撃の巨人 ) Several hundred years ago, humans were nearly exterminated by giants. Giants are typically several stories tall, seem to have no intelligence, devour human beings and, worst of all, seem to do it for the pleasure rather than as a food source. A small percentage of humanity survived by walling themselves in a city protected by extremely high walls, even taller than the biggest of giants. Flash forward to the present and the city has not seen a giant in over 100 years. Teenage boy Eren and his foster sister Mikasa witness something horrific as the city walls are destroyed by a super giant that appears out of thin air. Do you know what love is? Have you been in love? Violet Evergarden will show you the different kinds of love, the happiness and sadness of love it brings to anyone and lessons from some characters. Violet Evergarden ( ヴァイオレット・エヴァーガーデン Vaioretto Evāgāden) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kana Akatsuki and illustrated by Akiko Takase. It won the grand prize in the fifth Kyoto Animation Award's novel category in 2014, the first ever work to win a grand prize in any of the three categories (novel, scenario, and manga). The story follows Violet Evergarden's journey of reintegrating back into society after the war is over and her search for her life's purpose now that she is no longer a soldier.
